Atco's basic 945 metal Tuck Lock comes in two major versions and are used on binders, folios and internal briefcase compartments. A plastic Tuck Lock is shown below The 945 "A" style backplate is a one piece stamping and is used in many high volume, low cost applications. The 945 "B" stype backplate is more traditional and is a slightly higher cost assembly. Both items have prongs for clinching to your product and are approx. 1-1/4" wide and 1-3/4" high. 950 Large Metal TuckThis substantial tuck is released by pushing a 3/4" round button on its face. The closed set is 1.5" wide and 2" high. The male portion clamps over the strap or cover. Three prongs on the female half hold it to your base. A backup washer is also available.

Plastic Tuck Lock 1756 The 1756 four piece plastic tuck latch set is very popular. The set consists of the tuck, a back plate and snap-on back washers for each and will surpport 25 to 30 pounds. It is stocked in black and white, but in large volumes other colors are available. When in the closed position it is approximately 1" wide and 1-1/2" from top to bottom. Made to snap over material that is approx. .105" maximum thickness. For thicker material containers, a thin area is frequently embossed at the point where the tuck will be applied. Standard box is 2,000 pcs but Minimum buy is 500 pcs.
